The pop songstress, who visited Japan and Hong Kong earlier this month as part of a promotional tour got a scare during the trip when her lower leg started to balloon up and she rushed to see the doctor on Monday, reported Contactmusic.
Burke was diagnosed with a "bad reaction" to an insect bite and was prescribed medication to ease the pain."I've been bitten on my ankle... And now my ankle is swollen! Should I be worried? It hurts... Seeing a doctor first thing tomorrow," she wrote on her Twitter page.
